MAGNITUDE release with latest fix 
 
Let the plugins initialize, it works a bit slow but they should load, 
i heard a report that it would fail in Vista, havent tried this myself (TWAIN error in Vista) 
well you try , see if works, if not, put in the garbagecan... 
 
note: tested on XP , built in VM 
dont mess with thoose files in the folder that comes with it, photoshop reads thoose.. 
some presets had to be relocated 
C:\Documents and Settings\user\AppData\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS3\Presets 
so load location threw your shell or from presetmenu in photoshop.
