If anyone is wondering why some views are not being added lately, it is because of an error on YouTubes end. 
 
Some of their servers had frozen causing legit and non legit views to not be added. 
 
And once again this is not fake, the servers update 4 times a day, 12AM, 5AM, 12PM, and 5PM.
