Calculate Linux v9.7 Directory Server



Calculate Directory Server is the free operating system, based on Gentoo, which represented by itself the LDAP-server for centralized storage of the settings applications, user accounts and access licenses in the single network storage.

Ability:
The user authorization with the storage of the setting seance on the server are centralized.The support of storage for Samba, Mail, ftp, jabber and proxy services accounts in the LDAP.Comfortable administration of LDAP server via the unix-like commands: cl-useradd, cl-usermod, cl-passwd, cl-groupmod etc.The supports of replication for mail and samba servers.The centralized update of servers and working station.Creation of reserve copies for accounts with applications settings and rebuilding from them.The ability to work from cd with full booting in the memory.The support of following languages: English, Spain, German, Portuguese, Italian, Russian, Ukrainian, Polish and French.The support of installation on HDD and USB-HDD with file-system: ext4, ext3, ext2, reiserfs, xfs and jfs.
Main changes:
All additional packages are collected from the ebuild files Calculate Overlay. Thus Calculate Directory Server is 100% compatible with Gentoo.Support of Italian and Polish languages has been added.Support of the Proxy service with user authorization in LDAP has been added. So, the user group determines the range of available ports.Support of Samba group setting in the LDAP server has been added.Support of setting for some Jabber service hosts has been added.Isolinux has used for booting from the DVD.When you boot from CD you can choice the keyboards layout now.Support of booting from CD into the memory with the taking it off has been added.Unmask of unstable program version has been made in accordance with the last available system version at the assembling time.The compatibility during the boot from USB DVD has been improved.
Composition: Bind 9.4.3-P2, Kernel 2.6.28.10, OpenLDAP 2.4.16, Postfix 2.5.5, ProFTPD 1.3.2, Samba 3.0.33.
